A new site instead of WordPress: static HTML with no database, full‑screen route views, 8 tour pages, a catalog filtered by season and a path to a call without forms. SEO, llms.txt and consent‑based analytics.
Task
A tour bureau in the Southern Urals needed a new site to replace its old WordPress. Weekend tours sell through views — mountains, lakes, rocks — so the site has to show the places rather than describe them.
People book only by phone or on VK: no forms, online payment or prices on the site. The site has to get a visitor to a call quickly and keep the old site’s search positions.
Solution
A static site instead of WordPress
The studio’s own Python generator builds 16 pages into plain HTML: no PHP, database or plugins. Nothing left to update or patch.
Design built on route photos
Full‑screen views, full‑width headlines, a stack of 8 tours on scroll and a justified gallery with a lightbox.
Tour pages
The day’s programme, what is included, season and duration, route photos, a participant review and nearby routes; a catalog filtered by season.
A path to a call
Phone and VK in every block, no forms; clicks are tracked as analytics goals.
SEO and AI search
Tour URLs kept, 301 redirects from old WordPress pages, tour and breadcrumb markup, social previews and llms.txt for AI assistants.
Security and privacy law
Analytics and session replay start only after cookie consent; CSP and HSTS headers, old WordPress URLs closed.

The site looks equally neat from 320 px to large monitors, the home page’s first load on mobile is about 250 KB, and the bureau no longer has a CMS to maintain.
