1. General provisions
This document is an official proposal (public offer) by BIGOR STUDIO LLC (the “Seller”) to conclude a contract for the sale of goods and/or provision of services with any individual or legal entity (the “Buyer”).

2. Subject of the contract
The Seller offers the following goods and services:
- Software — plugins for the WordPress CMS (digital goods)
- Services — development of websites and plugins, technical support and other IT services
Full descriptions and prices of goods and services are given on the corresponding pages of the Site.
3. Acceptance of the offer
The Buyer accepts this offer by taking the following actions:
- Placing an order on the Site
- Paying for the order by any available method
The contract is deemed concluded when the Seller receives payment confirmation from the payment system.
4. Software (digital goods)
4.1. License terms
When purchasing software, the Buyer receives a non‑exclusive license to use it. Specific license terms (validity period, number of sites, scope of support) depend on the selected plan and are stated on the product page.
4.2. Licensee rights
- Installing and using the Software according to the plan
- Receiving updates during the license period
- Technical support according to the plan
4.3. Restrictions
- Reselling or transferring the license to third parties is prohibited
- Publishing the source code is prohibited
- Using the Software to create competing products is prohibited
- Cracking or bypassing protection is prohibited
4.4. Refunds for digital goods
Payments for software are not refunded under clause 3 of Article 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law No. 2300‑1 of 07.02.1992 and Russian Government Decree No. 2463 of 31.12.2020, as digital goods of proper quality are not subject to return.
5. Services
5.1. Procedure
- Services are provided on the basis of a technical specification agreed by the parties
- Timelines and prices are set individually
- The result of the work is handed over to the Buyer after full payment
5.2. Warranty
- The warranty period for completed work is 30 days
- The warranty covers correcting defects caused by the Seller
6. Payment
- Payments are processed by T‑Bank JSC
- Payment methods: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mir), Faster Payments System (SBP), bank transfer
- Prices are in Russian rubles
- Not subject to VAT (automated simplified taxation system, AUSN)
7. Delivery of digital goods
- Delivery is electronic
- After payment, a download link and a license key are sent to the Buyer’s email
- Delivery time — immediately after payment is confirmed
8. Software warranty
- The Seller guarantees that the Software works when the system requirements are met
- The Seller undertakes to fix critical bugs during the support period
- The warranty does not cover incompatibility with third‑party plugins and themes
- The Software is provided “as is”
9. Liability
- The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount of the paid order
- The parties are released from liability in case of force majeure
10. Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in court at the Seller’s location under Russian law.
11. Final provisions
- The offer is valid indefinitely from the moment of publication
- Changes apply to orders placed after publication
- Governing law: the law of the Russian Federation
