Rules for using the site and terms of service

1. General provisions

These Terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between BIGOR STUDIO LLC (the “Administration”) and any person using the bigor.tech website (the “User”).

Use of the Site means the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Site — the bigor.tech website
  • Software — plugins for the WordPress CMS
  • Services — development of websites and plugins and other IT services
  • License — the right to use the Software
  • Content — information published on the Site

3. Rights and obligations of the Administration

3.1. The Administration undertakes to:

  • Keep the Site running
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Process personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy
  • Provide technical support

3.2. The Administration may:

  • Change these Terms
  • Change the functionality of the Site
  • Suspend the Site for maintenance
  • Block access in case of a breach of these Terms
  • Change prices for products and services

4. Rights and obligations of the User

4.1. The User undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Comply with license agreements
  • Respect copyright
  • Not use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Not distribute malware
  • Not take actions that disrupt the Site

4.2. The User may:

  • Use the Site’s functionality as intended
  • Receive technical support
  • Demand the protection of personal data
  • Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time

5. Intellectual property

All materials on the Site, including program code, design, texts, images, logos and trademarks, are the intellectual property of the Administration or its partners and are protected by Russian law.

It is prohibited to:

  • Copy or distribute materials without permission
  • Decompile or reverse‑engineer the Software
  • Use trademarks without permission
  • Create derivative products

6. Limitation of liability

The Administration is not liable for:

  • Interruptions of the Site for reasons beyond its control
  • Actions of third parties
  • Loss of the User’s data
  • Damage resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Site
  • Content of external resources

The Administration’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User over the last 12 months.

7. Dispute resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in court at the Administration’s location under Russian law.

Limitation period: 1 year from the moment the dispute arises.

8. Changes to the Terms

The Administration may change these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of the new version.

9. Final provisions

  • These Terms take effect from the moment you start using the Site
  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force
  • Governing law: the law of the Russian Federation
