1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy describes how BIGOR STUDIO LLC (the “Operator”, “we”) processes and protects the personal data of visitors to bigor.tech (the “Site”). It is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152‑FZ “On Personal Data”; sections 9.1–9.3 describe additional rights of visitors from the EU/UK, the USA and China.

Transfers to Telegram and Google are cross‑border transfers made under Article 12 of Law 152‑FZ. Personal data is primarily collected and stored on servers in the Russian Federation.

TLS encryption in transit, servers in Russia with restricted access, regular backups, two‑factor authentication for administrators, spam protection on forms.
7. Retention
- Requests that did not lead to a contract: 1 year
- Client data: for the term of the contract plus 3 years
- Payment records: 5 years
- Analytics data: up to 26 months
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe plus 30 days
8. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, its correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court. Write to director@bigor.tech; we reply within 10 business days.
9. Visitors from other countries
9.1. European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR)
Legal bases: consent (requests, analytics and marketing cookies), contract, legitimate interest (Site security). You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you opt in via the banner. Your data is transferred to Russia, which does not have an EU adequacy decision; the transfer is based on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR).
9.2. California and other US states (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell personal information. You can opt out of sharing for cross‑context behavioral advertising with the “Do not sell or share my personal information” button in the banner or with a Global Privacy Control signal. You may request to know, correct or delete your data; we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9.3. People’s Republic of China (PIPL)
Analytics cookies are enabled only after your separate consent. Data is processed outside mainland China — in Russia and, if you consent to analytics, in the USA. You may withdraw consent and request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at director@bigor.tech.
