The free version is a complete plugin with no time limit. Paid plans unlock extra features: they are tagged in the Features block, and the plan comparison is in Pricing.
After payment the key arrives by email. Open the plugin settings, the License tab, paste the key and click Activate. No need to reinstall — paid features turn on right away.
The plugin keeps working on the free plan, your settings and data stay. Paid features switch off until you renew. If the license server is temporarily unreachable, the plugin keeps working for 14 days without a check.
Yes. Deactivate the key in the plugin settings on the old site — the slot is freed and you can activate the key on the new one. If the old site is gone, the slot frees itself after 30 days.
Yes, Email Campaign Manager is completely theme-independent. The plugin works in the WordPress admin panel and doesn't affect site appearance. Compatible with any themes and page builders.
FREE version includes: up to 500 contacts, 5 categories, 3 templates. Available: CSV import/export, scheduled sending, open tracking. PRO removes all limits and adds: click tracking, email builder, managers, advanced analytics.
Yes! The plugin uses the standard wp_mail() function and is compatible with any SMTP plugins: WP Mail SMTP, Post SMTP, FluentSMTP and others. Set up SMTP separately, and ECM will automatically use it.
Updates arrive right in your WordPress admin, just like plugins from the directory: Plugins → Update. No need to download the archive again, settings are kept.
