Task
An agency handed us two industrial catalogs under NDA: a pipeline valve factory and a gauge manufacturer. They needed large catalogs with B2B forms, with no design work or client communication on our side.
This is how our “For agencies” service works: the agency runs the client and the design, we do the development and keep quiet about the client. That is why the case has no names or domains, and logos are blurred in the screenshots.
Solution
Valve catalog
3,055 items: gate valves, control valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, flanges and actuators. A custom WordPress and WooCommerce theme with no page builders.
Mega menu by nominal bore
Navigation by valve type, material and nominal bore from DN 10 to DN 1000, so a buyer finds an item in two clicks.
Shipments and forms
A custom post type for shipments, “send a spec or drawing for a quote” and “get a quote” forms instead of online payment.
Gauge catalog
12,641 items: industrial and oilfield gauges, measuring tools and instruments. Elementor and WooCommerce.
Lead time and cost calculator
The buyer picks parameters and gets a price and lead time estimate before contacting a manager.
Speed
LiteSpeed caching: the second catalog’s home page weighs 1.5 MB.
