Agency subcontract: a consulting firm website on Tilda
Under NDA: custom markup on top of Tilda — 57 custom code blocks, 5 content streams and 4 templates that build 51 pages. A service picker quiz with no contact details required, document upload in forms, leads into CRM.

Task
An agency handed us a consulting firm’s website under NDA: the firm manages government contracts, subsidies and defence orders for its clients. There are many services, each with its own prices and lead times, and the site’s main goal is to bring a visitor to a free review of their contract.
The client wanted Tilda so they could edit texts and prices themselves. So we kept Tilda as the content system and built the design and logic in our own code. The case has no names or domains, and the logo and contacts are blurred in the screenshots.
Solution
Custom markup on top of Tilda
57 custom code blocks, a shared stylesheet and shared head code instead of stock blocks. Zero blocks serve only as a data source for templates.
Streams and templates
5 content streams (services, cases, articles, experts, reviews) and 4 templates. A service page is built from record fields: an empty field means no block, and the block order and first‑screen price are set by fields too.
Links between pages
Cases on a service page are picked by topic, and an expert page finds that expert’s articles by author.
A quiz instead of a calculator
3 first‑screen questions: which document you have, whether an account is open, how many payments a month. The quiz picks a service and gives a price and lead time estimate without asking for contacts.
Forms and leads
Tilda forms are built into our design, and a contract can be attached (PDF, DOC or photo). Every lead carries a source label and goes to CRM and email; the thank‑you page has two versions.
Search and handover
Unique titles and descriptions, one H1, breadcrumbs, sitemaps per stream, article and author markup, lazy images and deferred counters. The client received a block registry, a code archive and a guide to editing the code with an AI assistant.

NDA
agency and client not named
The agency delivered a 51‑page site that the client edits on their own in familiar Tilda, while under the hood it is as capable as a hand‑coded site.
