Memberships with online payment and receipts, a personal account and live classes with recordings on our own video server, no Zoom or YouTube. Memberships are spread over the schedule automatically.
Task
A fitness studio needed to sell memberships and run live classes online on its own platform, without Zoom or YouTube.
On third‑party services the studio depends on their rules and cannot control access to its streams, while payments, schedules and links have to be managed by hand.
Solution
Memberships with online payment
Members choose a membership and pay on the site, and the receipt is issued automatically.
Personal account
Members see their membership, the schedule and available classes in their account.
Own video server
Live classes run on the studio’s own Jitsi Meet server, free of Zoom, YouTube and their limits.
Class recordings
Members who miss a live class can watch the recording in their account.
Scheduled memberships
Purchased classes are spread over the studio schedule automatically, with nothing to arrange by hand.
